Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to Products purchased on our website and pre-paid Services (including Value Packages). We reserve the right to modify/update this Policy at any time, subject to our discretion.


The following are FINAL SALE (no return/exchange/refund/credit):​

  • e-Gift Cards

  • Designated close-out items

  • Used/damaged merchandise

  • Services already rendered

Physical Product (Merchandise) Returns:

  • Accepted only by mail/post

  • Item(s) must be received within 30 days of purchase date

  • Item(s) must be in new, unused, original condition.

  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs

  • Tracking/shipping confirmation recommended

  • No refund/credit for items lost in shipping or not received​


No refunds/credits/adjustments on services already rendered.


Value Packages may be returned/cancelled for full refund within 48-hours of purchase, so long as no services have been scheduled or rendered. Please call or email to request cancellation.

For all other pre-paid services, including Value Packages not returned/cancelled within 48-hours of purchase, the following refund policy applies:

  • If services have been scheduled/reserved (but not rendered), a 10% surcharge shall apply and a refund equal to 90% of the original purchase price will be issued. 

  • If services have been rendered, a pro-rated refund shall apply, equal to the pre-paid amount (or Value Package price paid) less pro-rated amount(s) due for services already rendered. 



  • Pre-payments made by cash/check will be refunded by company check

  • Purchases made by debit/credit card will be refunded to same account number

  • Refunds issued within 72-hours of cancellation/receipt of returned item(s)
