Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us.

This Refund Policy applies to our Products (including but not limited to "The Reminder Book") and our Services (including any Services paid, in whole or in part, with an eGift Card).

We reserve the right to modify/update this Policy anytime at our discretion.

 

​PRODUCTS

​

​For eGift Cards and products discounted for closeout, all sales are final. Sorry, no return on closeout editions of "The Reminder Book".​

​

  • Returns accepted by mail/post

  • Must be received within 30 days of purchase date

  • Products must be in new, unused and original condition.

  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs

  • Tracking/shipping confirmation recommended

  • No refund or credit for items lost in shipping or not received​

Refunds issued within 72-hours of receipt of returned item(s), as follows:​

​

  • Local cash purchases refunded by company check

  • Purchases by personal check refunded by company check

  • Online debit/credit card purchases credited back to same account number

SERVICES ​

​

Scheduled services not yet rendered may be cancelled at any time. Pre-payments for cancelled services scheduled but not yet rendered will receive a pro-rated refund/credit, equal to the total pre-payment amount less any amount(s) due for services already rendered at time of cancellation, as follows:

  • Cash pre-payments due to be refunded by company check

  • Personal check pre-payments to be refunded by company check

  • Debit/credit card pre-payments to be credited to same account number

​NO REFUNDS/RETURNS ON:​

​

  • Purchase of eGift Cards

  • Products discounted for closeout

  • Returned items that have been used

  • Returned items that are damaged/not in original condition

  • Services already rendered
